What is the Corbin’s Legacy Challenge?
The Corbin’s Legacy Challenge is the brainchild of Dr. Mary-Katherine Smith, Chair of ATSU, CGHS, Masters of Public Health Department. As longtime supporter and advocate of public service, she recognized the alignment of her department’s and Corbin’s Legacy missions, visions, goals and potential for collaboration. And so, each year we identify one day as our official day of service where we encourage everyone, on behalf of Corbin’s Legacy, to SERVE a child or children in need in a way that makes them feel healthier and more secure or HOST an EVENT or EVENTS to fundraise for Corbin’s Legacy to help children now and in the future.
What is the Corbin’s Legacy Challenge Day?
Once a year, in conjunction with The American Public Health Association’s National Public Week, we identify a “Day of Service” and invite all of our supporters to join us in hosting events nationally to raise money and increase awareness for Corbin’s Legacy and Corbin’s Legacy Partnership Initiatives.
We Invite You to Join Us!
This year Corbin’s Legacy Challenge Day will be on April 6th. But, if you’re busy that day, anytime between now and then works!
